Cities, local\ngovernments, public institutions, researchers, NGOs, business and many others took stock and\ncontinued their dialogues on sustainable and resilient urban development. The debate on the\nmeaning of and interaction between climate adaptation, risk reduction, and broader resilience has\nintensified.
