Algunas de sus obras m\u00e1s conocidas son: En un rinc\u00f3n del alma, Cuando un amigo se va, Callejero, Mi \u00e1rbol y yo, A partir de ma\u00f1ana, Manolo, Te llegar\u00e1 una rosa, Castillos en el aire, El abuelo. Muchas de sus canciones se basan en hechos y personajes reales (como Callejero, dedicada a un perro callejero que lo acompa\u00f1\u00f3 en Madrid) o simplemente en sentimientos y adversidades a lo largo de su vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fue gran amigo del cantautor Facundo Cabral, con quien se presentaba en ciertas ocasiones cantando obras como No soy de aqu\u00ed ni soy de all\u00e1 y Cuando un amigo se va. En sus conciertos trataban de entrelazar un poco de humor al show.
